Almost every one of us has been through a terrible break up at some point in our lives. Most of us can relate to that terrible feeling and all those emotions that engulf you after you break up with the guy you truly loved and thought you could always be with. Break ups do however occur quite often due to several reasons. This may be due to one person feeling insecure, someone cheating on the other, one person or both losing interest in the other and so on. Similarly it could also be due to social constraints. Whatever the reason may be, it’s a terrible feeling and moving on can be extremely difficult.
